Mural on public display in the village of Ros Dumhach (Rossport), combining a well-known pose of the late Nigerian poet and peace activist Ken Saro-Wiwawith the Irish tri-colour and a translation into Irish of words from one of his poems. In the year IRA decommissioning was announced it was apt to mark the occasion alongside the successful (and on-going) peaceful protest in the west of Ireland against the oil companies' planned exploitation of our area at any cost.
